So who's the mastermind behind this faboo series?

Her name is... Ohkami Mineko! And the crowd cheers.

Cough. Aw, c'mon, no really.

Ohkami Mineko is more well-known, probably, as the author of Dragon Knights (or Doragon Kishidan, if you prefer the original title), another series that runs in the Wings magazine by Shinshokan. Other works include Asuka2 and Papa wa Warumono?, both of which I have absolutely no info on, so don't ask me. Cos I can't help you.

Her art style is quite unique - I could probably recognize it just about anywhere. Ohkami Mineko's art is characterized by highly stylized eyes, delicate lines which are excellent for rendering incredible amounts of detail and the slender, lanky looks of her characters. The overall effect is quite breathtaking, IMHO. :D
