The Story - Baisetsu

Baisetsu - funky hair, funky attitude, funky job description. She's one of those help-for-hire types, I guess... she gives you the information you need for a price (though not as nasty a price as Kiryuu's, I'd bet -_-).
She also seems to be a pretty nice person - she's the one who found Kouro after he was tortured and let loose by Kaiga, and she cares deeply for the poor boy. And despite her mistrust of anyone above her rank, she still offers to help Hisanagi and actually lets him stay at her place, him being a fugitive and all. I say she's a good girl at heart. ^^
