The Story - Kaiga

Basic Stats
- Seihakuke, male
- name: kai ('ocean/sea') + ga ('joy')
- he *looks* about 18 or 19...?
- dark blue hair and pale blue eyes
- screws half the cast (I kid you not)
- sadistic, sadistic, SADISTIC, did I mention sadistic?

There's always going to be one character that you would LOVE to hate but can't really bring yourself to doing so. And in my case with this manga, it's Kaiga.
Kaiga, in short, is a sadistic, utterly VILE (not evil, VILE) man who is cruel beyond words. He knows precisely what his target's weakness is and mercilessly exploits that to get what he wants. He abuses anyone he feels like abusing, both sexually and mentally - be it his own younger half-brother Kai, Hisanagi, or Sakumo. He's equally good at psychological threats and actual physical threats, and woe be to the one who pisses this guy off. I say that Suruga is cruel and evil beyond words, but Kaiga has the third essential ingredient in the mixture for the Ultimate Evil Overlord: ambition.
If there's one goal that Kaiga will do anything to achieve, it's gaining the power to surpass Suruga and being the most dominating figure in the Makai. I fear for the Mazoku and the humans if this does happen.
To summarize, Kaiga is one evil bastard with serious problems. No one really knows his motivations for most of his actions, and probably nobody really wants to know, but I think it'll be pretty safe to say he knows his abilities and he most definitely isn't afraid to use it to the maximum potential. And damn the author for making him this cool. >_>;'
