The Story - minor characters

  • Kurouzu (1): one of Kaiga's underlings sent to bring Kai back to the Makai. Big, burly, brawn-before-brains and quite short-lived. :P
  • Takafuji (1): a friendly boy in Kai and Aika's class. He's just about the only student who's actually fond of Kai, but unfortunately he doesn't last very long either. >.>
  • Hitaka (2): Hakuke, male. Has control over insects, bugs, parasites, you get the idea. Also has a pet... bug... named Kitakimi. Another underling sent to retrieve Kai. Is rather sadistic and obnoxious (-_-) IMHO.
  • Ouri (3): half-Juuzoku, male. Was a subject of one of Kaiga's numerous changing-people-into-Juuzoku experiments. It seems like his body is made of some medicine-like substance... o_o;
  • Kugunari (1): Kugunari and his mother (...) inhabited the walls of Kai's prison and became friends with him... Kugunari is actually a rather cute little thing, despite the fact that he seriously looks like a fossilized crab ^^; and cares for Kai a lot.
  • Jizaimaru (1): Hisanagi's... uhm, pet bird. Fossilized reptilian skeleton bird. >_>; Jizaimaru comes in handy when Hisanagi's stuck in nasty situations... he also seems to have a thing for turning up when he's least expected to be around. Eh.
